Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronometer, Ref 42542 produced in the early 2000's. 37mm brushed and polished stainless steel case with factory diamond set bezel, signed Vacheron crown, and sapphire crystal. Case back has the Overseas logo and is secured with (8) screws. White dial with diamond markers, sweep seconds hand, and date display at 3. Automatic movement is running and functioning properly. Brushed stainless steel Vacheron bracelet and fold-over clasp with fit a 6-3/4" wrist. Case stamped 731589. This preowned watch has no box or papers.
