Rare Vacheron and Constantin Vintage 18K Yellow Gold wristwatch with Fancy Lugs, Circa 1940's. 35mm, 18K yellow gold round case with stepped fancy "Flame" lugs, and snap on case back. Silver dial with applied Arabic numerals, small seconds at 6. The manual wind Caliber 453 Vacheron and Constantin movement is running and functioning properly. The inside case is stamped - "Vacheron & Constantin 18K Swiss, 306061". The movement is marked "Vacheron & Constantin 17J Swiss Geneve, 469722, Cal 453". Presented on a non-Vacheron strap with Tang buckle, as shown. This preowned watch has NO box or papers.
