RETURNS & WARRANTY INFORMATION

Returns

We hand select every watch and jewelry item that is offered on our website. We take the utmost care in delivering each item to you in excellent condition and mechanical order. We strive for your complete satisfaction and offer a 7 day return policy.

If you find it necessary to return an item, please contact us for shipping instructions before sending the item. A full refund will be given as long as the returned item is in the condition it was received.

Each item will be examined to confirm condition. After final examination and confirmation of condition a refund will be issued. Old World Jewelers does not cover the cost of return shipping and insurance. The return package must be prepaid, fully insured and traceable by Federal Express, UPS or United States Postal Service (Express Mail). We do not accept any returns sent with postage due. Custom designed items or items modified per the customer’s request are not refundable.

Warranty

Newer preowned watches are under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. Vintage and antique pocket watches are under warranty for 6 months. If the watch is not performing to your satisfaction (within reason) the watch will be repaired at no charge.

Crystals, straps, water damage and indication that the watch was dropped or mishandled will not be covered under warranty. Please call to discuss any problems with the watch before returning to us. The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance to return the watch for warranty work.

Vintage Watches and Antique Pocket watches are guaranteed to run and keep time within the limits of its age. Please call to discuss any problem you may be experiencing with the watch.
